Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS
We strongly advise that every pilgrim learns and understands how to perform Hajj prior to making a booking with us and obey the tour operator's rules and conditions throughout the journey. The booking form must be completed signed and dated. All the necessary documents and a deposit amounting to 50% of the total payment must be submitted with the booking form.
PAYMENT
Any outstanding payment must be paid in full by 15th Ramadhan.
CANCELLATIONS
If you or anyone on your Hajj booking decides to cancel their booking you must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by email (sent to info@alqibla.co.uk) within 24 hours by the person who made the original booking. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective from the date on which we receive it.
The following cancellation charges will apply:

If cancelled within 30 days of booking, a cancellation fee of £2000 (per person) will apply.

If cancelled after 30 days of booking, a cancellation fee of 60% of total Hajj booking (per person) will apply.

If cancelled once the visa is issued, a cancellation fee of 98% of total Hajj booking (per person) will apply.
VISA AND TICKET
No liability is accepted for visa refusal by the Saudi Consulate. You have to pay the charges incurred. Al-Qibla Travels will not be liable for any airline flight delays or cancellations. Travel details and Hajj itinerary are subject to confirmation and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
TRANSPORTATION
All transportation during the days of Hajj are provided by the Hajj Ministry. No transportation is provided by the Ministry on 10th Dhul Hijjah. Hajees are to make their own arrangements from Mina to Makkah. Please be prepared for serious delays.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation are shared unless specified at the time of booking. We are not liable for any loss of personal valuables. The standard rating of the hotels are in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Trade Standards. The distance advertised are as shown in the official licences. Tents in Mina and Arafah are provided by the Hajj Ministry. No tents are provided by the Hajj Ministry in Muzdalifah. All pilgrims are advised to make their own arrangements.
MEALS
All meals will be provided in Makkah in the best form of hygiene as possible in time of Hajj. Meals in Madinah is of a high standard. In Mina, both lunch and dinner will be provided on the 08th and 11th of Dhul Hijjah; no dinner is provided on the 09th of Dhul Hijjah and no food is provided on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah. No lunch provided on the 12th of Dhul Hijjah.
HEALTH
We are not liable for any pilgrim falling ill due to the physical demand of Hajj. Health services are provided free by the Ministry (this is subject to Hajj Ministry rules). In case of death, the deceased is buried according to the Saudi regulations and repatriation of the body is not possible.
LOST LUGGAGE & ITEMS
Al-Qibla Travels will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged goods or luggage. Due to the nature of Hajj bookings, all bookings are subject to KSA rules and regulations and can change without prior notice.
OUR COMMITMENTS
We will accompany the Hajj passengers from Heathrow Airport and bring them back with us after completing Hajj. We will try to make it a pleasant journey in an air conditioned bus from Jeddah to Makkah.
During the stay in Makkah, Bangladeshi food will be served along with light breakfast. In Madinah, there will be light breakfast and buffet for lunch and dinner.
Ziyarah is supervised by experienced Alim under our management.
To serve and help the guest of Allah, we have hotel assistance and Alims at the hotel.
You can sacrifice an animal or do Qurbani yourself with our help (excluded from the package).
We have our own people to guide you through Jamaraat for stoning the shaitan, at fixed times which is set by the Hajj Ministry. Renowned scholars will be with the group.
